Baur’s restaurant is based at Baur Au Lac Hotel in the center of Zurich. It is the reinterpretation of a classic brasserie. Amazing details like the chandeliers is what I really love about this place. Contemporary chic meets an international warm atmosphere. The dishes are classics of European cuisine, very fresh and seasonal. The wine menu is impressive and curated by Marc Almert who was the sommelier world champion of 2019.
At the bar you can enjoy a lovely aperitif or even have dinner with a great overview.
